Hi,

Victory, Nelsons flagship, is one of the many fine exhibits open to the public within the Portsmouth Naval Dockyard complex. She is beautifully preserved. A visit brings home just how hard a way of life her officers and seamen endured and how bravely they took the battle to the Armarda at Trafalgar. We owe them all a great debt of gratitutude.
Todays Navy may be less significant in the political scheme of things, but they still uphold the highest traditions and are rightly held in high esteem by the people of Britain.
