Here’s hoping the Tripartite Talks continue in the present new more enlightened mind set on the part of Spain and that it enables the talks, in due course, to reach an equable and harmonious conclusion!
Well… no reason why one cannot be hopeful and optimistic! I shall be lifting a glass or two of a rather nice ‘champers’ to that tonight!
